Standard Features:

• With the exception of our hawk series, all of our steam generators are built by an ASME Certificate holder in accordance with ASME BPVC Section I – Rules for Construction of Power Boilers (“ASME BPVC Section I”).  They also comply with the requirements outlined in The National Board Synopsis of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Laws, Rules and Regulations (NB-370) RULES FOR CONSTRUCTION AND STAMPING section, which for many jurisdictions include but are not limited to ASME BPVC Section I, ASME CSD-1, ASME B31.1, and REGISTRATION WITH THE NATIONAL BOARD.
• Dual Pressure Controls (UL 353)
• Low Level Cut-Off (LLCO) (UL 353)
• Safety Relief Valve possessing the ASME V Mark (these valves are built by a manufacturer holding a valid ASME Certificate of Authorization)

Eagle Series Generators

Traditionally in the food and baking industries, cleaning flat (nonporous) conveyor belts is a difficult and labor-intensive operation that uses many gallons of chemicals and water. The Eagles Series Brushless Conveyor Cleaning System can eliminate labor expense, waste water, and chemical use while still meeting or exceeding regulatory food safety requirements.

While each Eagle Series Dry Steam Cleaner is supplied with a generous accessories package; we have developed many proprietary tools for specific industrial sanitation needs and applications. Custom Belt Cleaning equipment and other custom tools can be designed and built for your unique requirements.

The Electro-Steam TruBlu Option was specifically designed and manufactured to add the ability for any of our models to deliver even hotter, drier steam vapor for critical cleaning applications that require extra high steam heat with the lowest possible moisture content.

TruBlu is a "steam super heater" designed for our 10 kW - 60 kW models, to produce higher steam temperature at the same working pressures of the Eagle Series Dry Steam Cleaners.
